We were in today for a first visit, having just recently purchased a new-to-us Honda Del Sol from the former owner.  Knowing little about the car, we asked for some help and advice from John Hancock in the Parts Dept. -- he was most helpful.  He answered those questions that he readily had knowledge and experience to handle and referred others to more experienced Parts & Service folks who happened to be nearby.  As it ended up, we purchased a few hundred bucks worth of needed parts/accessories.  All of this took only a few minutes of all our time and was handled in a friendly, cordial and very competent "business-like" manner.
 
From the friendly greeting by one of your employees who held the door for us on entering, to the smiling cashier who quickly checked us out, our "little" experience at your dealership was very positive with genuine hospitality much appreciated.  And, we just wanted to pass the experience and impressions along!

I want to tell you what a world-class service team you have there at Gerry Wood Honda!  I've been doing business with GWH since I moved to this area 11 years ago, and it just keeps getting better.  From the first Civic I leased way back then, to the Hondas I own today, GWH helped turn me into a Honda Family Member.   I am always so pleasantly surprised when Service works me into the queue seamlessly, as if they were always expecting me.
 
In particular, I recently had a question about obtaining a new VIN plate for my S2000.  I was at a loss and, of course, turned to the Wood Honda Service Team first.  Russ Corpin quickly adopted the challenge, and Robert Gordon went the extra mile to get me in touch with the person who manages such a process.  The very next day, the problem was being solved.
 
My cars simply have to be reliable and built to last, and truly that's why I drive Hondas to begin with.  I pride myself on keeping my cars well maintained by Honda Certified Mechanics.  The Service Team has always communicated so well to let me know what is going on under the hood of my vehicles (even when the news is not so good!).  I simply cannot give a higher recommendation for transmission work than Paul!
 
It is exactly that kind of dedication that keeps a customer like me returning again and again.  I've heard that a merely satisfied customer is vulnerable to being lured away.  Consider me a delighted, and loyal, client.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate two of your salesmen. Let me start by saying that I have never bragged on a car sales person! On March 22nd, my 2006 CR-V was totaled when we were struck by a drunk driver. After seeing how safe the Honda kept us, I immediately knew that I would replace it with a 2008 CR-V. I also decided that my husband would be switching to a Honda. Derek Raper and Travis Grace were wonderful through the entire process. They both listened to what we wanted and did not try to change our minds to push us towards something we did not want. They were friendly, personable, honest and fun! These guys were a joy to work with and were always available if we had questions.
 
We are enjoying our new CR-V and Element. I have owned many Hondas in the past, but this experience with Derek and Travis has surpassed all others.

You can't imagine how much I appreciated the help of one of your sales associates, Travis Grace. When my car was in for service last week, I was looking at cars on the lot. My daughter was car shopping and was looking at a Jetta but I like the Civics. Travis came out to help me immediately, even though I was a woman by myself. Just to let you know, my husband and I buy our own cars. If I come to look, I appreciate being treated like a smart and valued customer. I spoke with Travis at length about options for a lease or used purchase for my daughter who is graduating in May and he was the most accommodating, informative, and helpful sales associate I have ever worked with. He took time to answer questions and gave me all the information I asked for and then some. He was not condescending in the least. He asked if I had bought my CRV at your dealership and I told him that I had not. I couldn't remember if it was because when I visited your showroom across the street, I was ignored or pressured. I have been both at various dealerships. "Shopping" at Gerry Wood last week was a pleasure due to the professionalism of Travis Grace. I have been most impressed with his help and will work with him in the future. Because of his low pressure, informative manner, I am considering a purchase of an Insight, even though I was not in the market for a new vehicle.
