You can't imagine how much I appreciated the help of one of your sales associates, Travis Grace. When my car was in for service last week, I was looking at cars on the lot. My daughter was car shopping and was looking at a Jetta but I like the Civics. Travis came out to help me immediately, even though I was a woman by myself. Just to let you know, my husband and I buy our own cars. If I come to look, I appreciate being treated like a smart and valued customer. I spoke with Travis at length about options for a lease or used purchase for my daughter who is graduating in May and he was the most accommodating, informative, and helpful sales associate I have ever worked with. He took time to answer questions and gave me all the information I asked for and then some. He was not condescending in the least. He asked if I had bought my CRV at your dealership and I told him that I had not. I couldn't remember if it was because when I visited your showroom across the street, I was ignored or pressured. I have been both at various dealerships. "Shopping" at Gerry Wood last week was a pleasure due to the professionalism of Travis Grace. I have been most impressed with his help and will work with him in the future. Because of his low pressure, informative manner, I am considering a purchase of an Insight, even though I was not in the market for a new vehicle. I am writing to inform you of the excellent customer service that we received from your representative, Mike Gobble. My husband and I had purchased a vehicle from a nearby
dealer and turned in our Pacifica to them, in what we now know was a misguided transaction. After 2 weeks of headaches and misinformation, thankfully, we were put in touch with your company and Mike. That is when things turned around.

I bought a S-10 pickup from CarMax several years ago and I didn't think I could experience a better purchase. Your Sales Rep, Derek Raper, and Associates proved me wrong.
